Sting in the Tail
There's a little bit of a backstory to our photograph this week and it all came about from Twitter and Email conversations with the photographer @RTersley. The upshot being that we're now the lucky owners of a beautiful mini-tawse from Ouch-UK.
We've shared our impressions of the tawse in this blog post: First Impressions of the Ouch-UK pocket "stinger" tawse.
If you've followed our blog for a while, you'll know that I am no stranger to a well smacked backside! But, without any kind of conscious planning, nearly all of our toys have been of the "sexy spanking" variety, mostly items we've built up across a long history of Lovehoney orders for vibrators and sexy lingerie.
When you take a look at the Ouch-UK product range you immediately realise you are looking at authentic implements of traditional corporal punishment; from hefty Prison Straps that would once have been used to keep hardened inmates strictly in line with regulations, to Tohiti Rattan judicial canes.
So, whilst this mini-tawse is very much at the milder end of the spectrum, I took one look at the stiff, 6mm oak-bark tanned leather and knew it was going to mete out a seriously stinging bot. Even after the hubby's quite enthusiastic warm up, it still packed a punch!
But anyway... back to this week's photo. I just loved this image from our aforementioned warm-up spanking and it's the only one from the set that we tried in a black and white version. Note the interlocking fingers - I think that's my favourite part, although I think the whole composition turned out really well.
On a related note, we've been sharing some spanking video clips on Twitter. It's the first time we have shared anything other than photographs. If you like them, leave us a note in the comments (or on Twitter) as we're considering whether or not to share some more...
- Spanking clip one - nice firm impacts!
- Spanking clip two - s-l-o-w... m-o-t-i-o-n!
- Spanking clip three - upward swing!
See who else is being naughty today, at Sinful Sunday 363... :-)
