In learning more about Japanese style erotic rope bondage, one of the most useful resources we've found has been Esinem's ShibariClasses website. One of their standards is to teach "ingredients" rather than "recipes", but (with apologies) we've found it perversely amusing to write this blog post in the style of a recipe! ;-)
You Will Need:
- A clean working surface
- 4 x Natural jute ropes
- 1 x Heavy duty vibrator
- 1 x Sexy rope bunny
- Roll of kitchen towel (optional)
Preparation:
Begin by clearing your work surface and preparing your partner with some suitable dressing. Ensure electrical power is available and that any pets have been relocated to a safe distance.
Whether or not your partner needs to be pre-heated is a matter for your own discretion. Be prepared and always keep your equipment close at hand; ensure it's prepped ready for use.
- How to Store Rope (Esinem)
Your partner should be wrapped and contained very securely. Around about now you should find that things are heating up nicely, and some parts may already be rising! ;-)
Once these first stage preparations are complete, your partner can be laid back to rest for a while as you turn up the heat with your Magic Wand.
Cooking On Gas:
Clever use of your equipment can ensure you keep your hands free for other gourmet tasks.
If, on further consideration, you find that you might have started off with too much dressing, now would be a good opportunity to address that.
Spice it up according to personal taste - this is a dish best served juicy!
Simmer gently, and if you are in the mood for additional exotic flavours, don't bring to the boil too soon!
It's always important to consider your presentation, and in the photo above we added a futomomo tie for some additional, hot and spicy garnish.
Carefully regulate your controls - don't overdo it!
Keep warm and enjoy your leisurely erotic feast - but don't forget to clear up afterwards.
Bon appetit... ;-) x
Summary
We've been studying several courses at ShibariClasses and we highly recommend the site. You can check some of their free courses before buying any of their paid ones, which range from about $5 and upwards.
If you like the look of this traditional rope-play, take a look at Esinem-Rope for a great selection of shibari supplies. The rope in our photos is 6mm Okinawa Jute.
